In 1934, Gerry Ettinger founded a luxury leather goods and gifts company and today his family prides itself on still designing and manufacturing only the very best leather goods in England. The level of crafstmanship was recognised in 1996 when Ettinger was appointed a Royal Warrant to HRH the Prince of Wales. This special honour gives Ettinger the right to carry the Prince of Wales' cipher of three feathers on all its products and gift boxes.

Today, Ettinger is one of the few British leather goods companies still manufactiring in England and the various product ranges are perfect examples of British elegance with a twist. These include the unique Bridle Hide collection, for which Ettinger uses leather made especially for them and which has proved as popular today as in the 1930's, right through to plusher designs like the Purple collection, with its buttery soft calf leather and regal tones.
