Stuart Weitzman designs comfortably constructed and coveted shoes as celebrities and fashionistas will attest. This is not an easy feat for a luxury shoe designer and with all his success, he remains humble, grateful and proud of his life's work. 

So what’s next for Stuart Weitzman? Why, raising money and awareness for Ovarian Cancer research of course! September is Ovarian Cancer month and Stuart Weitzman has joined forces with celebrity powerhouses Scarlett Johansson, Hayden Panettiere, Olivia Palermo and Michelle Trachtenberg to raise money for ovarian cancer research.

Stuart Weitzman and each young celebrity have co-designed a pair of shoes and all proceeds will benefit Marsha Moses’ ovarian cancer research at the Folkman Institute.

Michelle chose a denim crystal calfskin to design her platform pump which will retail for $425. This extreme platform pump has studded detailing down the back of the heel; a 4-inch heel with a half inch platform; they are made from sea crystal snake and have a leather sole and footbed.

Olivia Palermo’s Sandals, The Olivia
Olivia’s design is a satin strappy ankle-wrap sandal donning fuchsia feathers which will retail for $425. They have a strappy ankle strap; a 4-inch heel; they are trimmed in fuchsia feathers and have a leather sole and footbed.

Scarlett Johansson’s Shoes, The Scarlett
Scarlett co-designed a red patent leather oxford platform shoe with burgundy lacing which will retail for $425. Her man-tailored, oxford platform have a burgundy cord lace up on vamp; a 4-inch heel with a half inch platform; they are red patent and have a leather sole and footbed.

Hayden Panettiere’s Ankle Boots, The Hayden
Hayden’s co-designed black ankle boots in suede which retail for $498. These extreme platform ankle boots don graphite ornament detail; a 4-inch heel with a half inch platform; they are done in black suede and have a leather sole and footbed.
