Summer is in sight, which means we're dreaming of lounging on the beach, margarita in hand. And the brand that's synonymous with summer, Tommy Bahama, is getting a jump on the season with their latest collection, a collaboration with Disney that features dresses, shirts, sweaters, shorts, towels, and even water bottles. In the spirit of their iconic island prints and patterns, the new collection feels fresh and fun, a partnership from brands that have worked together successfully in the past.
"This was a collaboration that was truly meant to be," says Tommy Bahama, Executive Vice President of Design Bradley O'Brien. "Our brands share a wish to make every moment paradise and to make dreams come true. We have a history of doing this through our limited-edition Tommy Bahama Disney Parks camp shirts, so when we approached them about a bigger opportunity, we received tremendous support and were able to work with Disney artists to bring our design dreams to life."
Designed for both men and women, the capsule collection is based on their "Jungle Jubilee" print, a pattern that Disney artists designed in collaboration with Tommy Bahama designers. In the design, Minnie and Mickey can be found frolicking among a brightly-hued palm frond and floral motif. In addition to shirts, shorts, and a dress in the iconic print, the women's collection has a Minnie Mouse jacquard v-neck sweater, while the men's line has a slub jersey long-sleeve T-shirt and a sun-washed cotton raglan crewneck sweater, both featuring Mickey Mouse.
The collection is part of the Spring 2021 line and can be found at all Tommy Bahama stores, online at TommyBahama.com, department stores, and select specialty retailers. Additionally, if you're heading out to Disney World this season, you can find the new collection at Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort. This limited-edition collection is a must for Disney and island fans alike!
