Luxury Home Décor: In 1971 Roger Horchow launched the Horchow Collection. It was the first mail-order catalog business that specialized in luxury home décor and furniture. It was truly a pioneering effort that chartered innovative changes in how mail-order-catalog retailers did business. Horchow's wildly phenomenal success stems from the delivery of premium-quality products and exemplary customer service. The firm was the first to offer customers toll-free numbers to place orders. It is truly amazing that this all came to fruition without the assistance of a brick-and-mortar location.

The Horchow Collection has products that elegantly enrich the decorum of a home from top to bottom. Since 1988, Horchow has been a major part of Neiman Marcus Direct of the Neiman Marcus Group. Additionally, select Horchow items, such as bed linens, decorative pieces, furniture, lighting solutions and rugs, are shown at Neiman Marcus stores in Arizona, California, Illinois, Minnesota, and Texas.

The catalog and website are a cornucopia of luxury home décor and furniture. Highly valued collectibles are presented Fabergé, Jo Marz, and Global Influence. Bellissimo, Edwardian, and Preston Hollow are among the furniture designers showcased. It would literally take hours to review Horchow's website or catalog, as the products displayed are simply innumerable.

Personalized products also are available through the Horchow Custom Collection. Patrons can select their own fabrics or materials and have those applied to the frames of Horchow's distinct furniture. Custom window treatments also are offered with curtains and complementing hardware.

The Horchow guarantee is very straightforward. Customers not completely satisfied can return purchased merchandise within six months for an exchange, a credit, or a refund. Superior quality and service are forever the style of Horchow.
