A good night's sleep Luxury Bedding: Other than chocolate, clothes and cash, what does a girl cherish? Luxury bedding, anything in pink, anything couture and last but definitely not least, contributing to a good cause. Who wouldn't sleep peacefully after helping fight breast cancer?
It doesn't get any better than this: imagine a luxurious mattress designed by Vera Wang, in pink, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Specifically designed for the "Counting Sheep for the Cure" campaign, the Vera Wang by Serta limited edition pink designer mattress features a specially designed pink and white striped fabric and Embraceable Comfort, a built-in, "down like" comforter exclusive to Vera Wang by Serta.
While consumers continue to gobble up luxury products and services, they are more likely to buy when a charity is supported with a percentage of the proceeds. It makes sense-get something great for yourself, like a luxury mattress with awesome pink and white striped fabric, and do something good for someone else. A recent Cone's Holiday Trend Track survey backs up this claim. The survey revealed that 55 percent of Americans planned to purchase a product in which a percentage of the price is donated to a cause and 52 percent planned to buy from a retailer that supports a cause. Sure, it's a good business strategy but if in the end lives are saved, awareness is raised and those in need get the assistance they need, all is well that ends well.
