 Lindsay Lohan Rumored to Launch New Perfume News & Trends: Fast on the heels of her luxury leggings collection actress and pop star, Lindsay Lohan, is getting ready to debut her own signature scent.
Said to be in the early stages of development, Lindsay Lohan is getting ready to launch her own perfume, joining a long line of celebrity perfumers, from Elizabeth Taylor to Antonio Banderas to fellow Disney divas Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.
Although there is no final word on when or if the fragrance is coming out, Lindsay has reportedly told Britain's The Sunday Times magazine she's "sorta (sic) been experimenting" with different scents, but has come up with "this oil that I made up myself."
Lindsay has always had an interest in fashion and is said to have a wardrobe that fills two suites in the Chateau Marmont hotel where she lives in Los Angeles.
Lindsay says, "I appreciate fashion. I mean, I die for clothes."
She has been credited with single-handedly bringing back the leggings trend of the 1980's, which she updated by creating her own line of luxury leggings.
Fashion and fragrance get along well together, with many of fashion's highest houses having fragrances as well, including Calvin Klein (and their notorious advertisements) as well as Britain's Burberry.
But nothing is final on Lindsay's scent, as she reportedly told In Style magazine: "I haven't closed the deal so I don't want to jinx it. But it would be great."
If she does create her own fragrance, she is likely teaming up with Coty, the perfume giant who has collaborated with a multitude of other celebrities, including Jennifer Lopez, Sarah Jessica Parker and Victoria and David Beckham and most recently, Gwen Stefani.
