News & Trends: Some brands just conjure up images and fantasies that most of us can only dream about -fantasies that exist in the deepest, most animalistic, primal urges of our bodies. From the very beginning Calvin Klein has been notorious for envelope-pushing ad campaigns, scantily dressed supermodels, and the hottest A-list celebrities. While the days of nothing getting in between a girl and her Calvin's are in the past, Calvin Klein still knows what pushes peoples' buttons --usually wide open.
The newest bombshell ads for the Autumn/Winter collection feature the uber sexy Cuban-American actress Eva Mendes, showing off her amazingly curvy body in classic Calvin Klein style. The new ad campaign shows Eva wearing the legendary Calvin Klein Jeans, an icon of American fashion. Eva is also seen perfectly poised in some very revealing lace lingerie that shows off almost all of her most admired assets.
Along with Eva Mendes' unbelievable hotness, model Jamie Dornan adds his ripped, bulked, hunkiness to the party. The two compliment each other to present one of the hottest Calvin Klein ads ever. Dornan has been featured in two other Calvin ads with supermodel Natalia Vodianova as well as the fabulous Kate Moss.
True to Calvin Klein fashion, the ads appear in the iconic black-and-white photos, that flawlessly captures Eva and Jamie's magnificently oiled bodies. Steven Klein photographed

Given the high sex appeal in the new ads, it's not hard to imagine that the previous Calvin Klein's Obsession perfume campaign, featuring Mendes rolling around a rumpled bed and briefly flashing a nipple, was deemed too risqué and banned in the States. Of those ads, Eva reportedly said, "I love it. That means the ads are totally Calvin, totally provocative, and a little controversial."
In true Calvin Klein fashion, the company capitalized on the controversy, posting it on the official Calvin Klein Website with the title "banned TV commercial." In a statement to the Daily News, Tom Murry, president and chief operating officer of Calvin Klein, Inc., said, "We believe the commercial is exceptional and hits the mark for Secret Obsession. ...We are anticipating a very successful global launch."
Edited versions of the commercial and print ad campaign were shown in the states, with the original, more riskee version shown abroad. Given its history of controversial ads, both with and without Eva, its no wonder that the new Calvin Klein Jeans ads the sexiest of the season.

Nice stuff - I'm glad to see a mature women in the ads and not some under age looking girl.
