Autumn SunriseWith lemon and lime citrus combined with warm bourbon and ice tea, this cocktail is sure to be a fall party favorite.
Ingredients:
- Tsp Sugar
- Lemon
- Lime
- 2oz Bullet Bourbon
- 1oz Orange Juice
- 1/2oz Sea Breeze Unsweetened Ice Tea
- 1/2oz of Soda Water
- Mint Leaf
Directions:
Muddle a teaspoon of sugar with lemon and lime. Add 2oz of Bullet Bourbon, 1oz Orange Juice, 1/2oz of Sea Breeze Unsweetened Ice Tea, 1/2oz Soda Water into a rocks glass with ice.
Garnish with a mint leaf.

Endless SummerThe pomegranate juice, lemon, orange, and mint, all combine to create a refreshing drink.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Caliche Rum
- 1 oz orange juice
- 3/4 oz Agave Nectar
- 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz chilled club soda
- Lemon wheel and fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker combine all the ingredients except for the club soda, fill with ice and shake vigorously until the shaker is well frosted outside. Strain into an ice filled Highball or Collins glass. Garnish and serve.

ExpatThe Expat is a fun mix of Bourbon, lime juice, simple syrup and Angostura bitters and mint, guaranteed to make this fall refreshing and light.
Directions:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- Mint
- Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a shaking tin with ice, shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a mint leaf and Angostura Bitters.

- 1 oz Apple Cider

Truffle Martini Yields: 2 martinis
Ingredients:
- Grey Goose Vodka (750 ml bottle)
- 2 Fresh Black Truffles, Finely Chopped
- Miniature pickled black truffles
Directions:
Two weeks prior to serving add the finely chopped truffles to the vodka. Allow the vodka & truffle mixture to gently infuse by standing the bottle in a cool, dimly lit room or a cellar for two weeks. Chill in freezer.
Fill half the cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour four liquid ounces of truffle vodka over the ice.
Shake or stir the mixture, depending on personal preference. Strain the mixture into two chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a miniature pickled truffle skewered on a tooth pick.
