If you're feeling the holiday pressure, take some time for yourself and mix up one of these seasonal cocktails. From a warm Kilbeggan Ginger Toddy to a creamy Pumpkin Spice Latte, we have all you need for a quiet night in or the perfect holiday party!
Instead of going with the expected drink, like apple cider or hot chocolate, try this neat cocktail recipe for the Café Pacifico. The perfect blend of Partida Blanco and coffee liqueur, this drink is just the pick-me-up you may need late into your holiday party.
Café Pacifico
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Partida Blanco
- .5 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 4 oz Freshly Brewed Hot Coffee
- 3 Barspoons Cinnamon - Sugar Mix
- Heavy Cream
- Cinnamon Stick
Preparation:
Heat a small wine glass. Add Tequila and Hot Coffee and Coffee Liqueur. Mix in the Cinnamon Sugar Mix. Float Heavy Cream on top of the liquid. Garnish with a sprinkle of Cinnamon Sugar mix on top along with a Cinnamon stick.
Note: The Cinnamon Sugar Mix is 4 parts granulated white sugar to 1 part ground cinnamon, mixed together in a bowl.

Mila Pantovich Evil WaysSouth Water Kitchen in Chicago has added a new cocktail to their menu to kick start the holiday season and, thanks to Bartender Sarah McComber, you can now make their Evil Ways drink at your very own party. The sizzling blend of Valentina Hot Sauce and Agave Tequila may even be enough to leave those mittens at home.
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Metropolitan Krankshaft Kolsch Ale
- 3 oz Red Pepper Puree
- ? oz Agave Tequila
- 1 oz Valentina Hot Sauce
- ? oz Worcestershire Sauce
- ? oz Lemon Juice
- Dash of Salt
- Dash of Pepper

Ingredients:
- 1 thin slice Ginger
- 1.5 oz CĪROC Peach
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Sage
- Ginger Beer to top off
Preparation:
Take slice of ginger, lemon juice and four sage leaves (tear leaves to release oils), and drop into a shaker and muddle. Add CĪROC peach and fill with ice. Shake and pour into glass. Top with ginger beer.
Courtesy of CĪROC Heated AffairWith the weather cooling, there's no better cocktail choice than one that gets some warmth in your system. The Heated Affair brings Tequila Partida into the holiday game by adding some hot apple cider and heavy cream to the mix.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Partida A?ejo
- 6 oz Hot Spiced Apple Cider
- Heavy Cream
- Nutmeg
Preparation:
In a small warm wine glass add Tequila and Hot Apple Cider. Float Heavy Cream.
Garnish: Grate fresh Nutmeg over Heavy Cream.
Apple Cider Preparation:
In a pot add Organic Apple Juice. Add winter spices like Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, All Spice, and Orange Peel. Start off by adding a few cloves, one cinnamon stick, etc. to find your preferred spiced apple cider flavor. (You can always add more spice later!) Bring everything to a low heat for about 15 minutes. Taste for flavor. When the desired flavor is reached, take off stove. Strain out all the spices and orange peel. Serve warm and enjoy!

Try Kilbeggan's Stroke of Midnight, filled with bubbly champagne, whiskey, and brandy, which can also be easily adapted for a punch.
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey to 1 part DeKuyper Apricot Brandy to 1 part Cranberry Juice
- 2 parts Champagne
- Lemon Wheel (thinly sliced) for Garnish
Preparation:
Single Serving: Build all ingredients over ice in a red wine glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
To Make Punch: Double the recipe and multiple by the number of guests you plan to serve. Add Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey, DeKuyper Apricot Brandy and cranberry juice to a punch bowl, stir and refrigerate. When guests arrive, add champagne and lemon wheels. Serve over ice in red wine glasses.

Ingredients:
- .75 oz CĪROC Peach
- .75 oz Hazelnut Liquor
- .75 oz Heavy Cream
- Brown Sugar and Crushed Graham Cracker for garnish
Preparation:
Add hazelnut liquor, heavy cream, CĪROC peach into a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and add to glass. Garnish rim with brown sugar and crushed graham crackers.

This year, while you're curled up in front of a fire trying to recover from holiday shopping, try sipping on the Yule Log Nog, which blends together Irish Whiskey, half & half, and some vanilla to create a creamy drink to soothe your frazzled nerves.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey to 1/4 part Vanilla Extract
- 2 parts Half & Half
- 1/2 part Simple Syrup
- Ground Nutmeg for Garnish
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a dash of nutmeg.

Thanks to Bookmarks (the rooftop lounge in The Library Hotel) and Madison & Vine in New York, both having just added this warm holiday drink to their menu, you can end the holiday season with this seasonal treat. With creamy Bailey's, spiced rum, and pumpkin spice, this cocktail is definitely one for the recipe book.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Baileys (unrefrigerated)
- 3/4 oz. spiced rum
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice sugar mix (1:1 pumpkin pie spice and superfine sugar)
- Hot Latte
Preparation:
Add ingredients to hot toddy glass and fill with HOT coffee and stir to dissolve sugar mix.
Garnish: whipped cream and pumpkin spice sugar mix dusting

Ingredients:
- 2 parts Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey to 2 parts Fresh Lemon Sour
- 2 parts Ginger Beer
- 1 bar spoon Honey
- Hot Water
- Cinnamon to Garnish
Preparation:
In a pre-heated coffee mug, pour 1/3 of the water over the honey and stir to dissolve. Add all remaining ingredients and top with additional hot water. Dust with fresh ground cinnamon and serve with a festive stir stick.
