Luxury Aircraft: Embraer Executive Jets has two phenomenal jets being
prepped for rollouts. Both the Phenom 100 and the
Phenom 300 jets will provide premium comfort,
outstanding performance and low operating costs, as
these aircrafts are being designed to offer pilots and
passengers unparalleled comfort and style. The
relaxing ambience will be drawn from vast windows and
ample cabin space. Onboard conveniences include a
wardrobe or refreshment center, an aft cabin private
lavatory with a toiletry cabinet, and satellite
communications.
The Phenom 100 will comfortably accommodate four
passengers in a club-seat configuration. A Pratt &
Whitney Canada's PW617F engine will power it with
1,615 pounds of thrust. Its range will be 1,160
nautical miles, with four people onboard, and a
maximum operating speed of Mach 0.7. The airplane's
design is made for short-field takeoffs, and it is
capable of flying at 41,000 feet. The Phenom 100 is
currently priced at $2.75 and is expected to enter
service in mid-2008.
The Phenom 300 will be powered by Pratt & Whitney
Canada's PW535E engines and have 3,200 pounds of
thrust from each one. It will seat up to nine people.
The 300 will have a range of 1,800 nautical miles and
a maximum operating speed of Mach 0.78. It, too, is
designed for short-field takeoffs. It will be capable
of flying at 45,000 feet (13,700 meters). The Phenom
300 is expected to enter service in mid-2009. The
anticipated price is $ 6.65 million.
