It has proven time and time again, against the odds that it deserves to be alongside the best luxury automobiles. Lexus now sits not only with the best car manufacturers, but is actually a step above the rest. With hard work and ingenuity, Lexus has been able to become the top luxury car manufacturer.
Lexus has had to go head-to-head against already well-established luxury auto manufacturers that had great reputations in the industry and had brand recognition within the public's eye. But Lexus was up for the challenge. They quickly gained an amazing reputation for great reliability and magnificent comfort, but what truly gave them the edge to outdo the competition was their unsurpassed customer service. The reliability of its vehicles and outstanding customer service revolutionized the luxury car market functions.
Luxury cars prior to Lexus were not known for their reliability; in fact, it was quite the opposite. Most brands had reliability problems and luxury cars were considered high maintenance vehicles. Lexus, being part of Toyota Motors, blended the reliability the Japanese manufacturer was notorious for with European elegance and refinement to create a totally new form of luxury.
If any car company has been able to find perfection, it is no doubt been done by Lexus. "The passionate pursuit of perfection" is what Lexus is all about.
