Luxury Autos: A recent viewing of an advertisement to lease an Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster prompted us to determine what one gets when leasing a vehicle with an MSRP of more than $140,000. Suffice it to say that you would get your money's worth with the Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster. The V8 Vantage also comes in a Coupe version.

Engine-wise, the car is equipped with a 420 bhp 4.7-liter V-8 engine. While a top speed of 180 mph and a zero-to-62 mph time of 4.7 seconds are somewhat modest in the world of high-end exotic sports cars and supercars, the vehicle's balanced weight distribution coupled with lightness, superior aerodynamics, and powerful engine offers real drivers - and not just test drivers - the opportunity to experience the Vantage's performance stats firsthand.

The engine in the Vantage is at 77 percent at 1,500 RPM and tops out at 5,750 RPM - leaving a lot of room to get behind the power and enjoy the handling that comes from rack-and-pinion steering and a speed-sensitive power-assisted steering system. The transmission on the rear-wheel-drive car is a six-speed manual with a limited split differential.

The simple yet luxurious interior features full-grain leather and alloy trim with a graphite center console. The displays are organic electroluminescent. The standard amenities packed into this car would make a five-star resort take notice?from the trip computer to the heated rear screen and the LED map-reading lights.

Aston Martin automobiles are the maxim of style, elegance, and performance with a "wow" factor that improves yearly. Build your dream car or check out that lease program at AstonMartin.com.
