Rare Multimillion-$ Ferraris On the Auction Block in May

Luxury Autos: On May 17, RM Auctions in association with Sotheby's will present the annual Ferrari: Leggenda e Passione auction celebrating the automotive legacy of Enzo Ferrari and the passion of the Ferrari enthusiast. The only auction exclusively dedicated to the Ferrari marque, the sale is held within the Maranello factory grounds and endorsed by the Ferrari factory. This year, some of the most desirable sports and racing Ferraris ever made are available.

Highlights of the incredible sale include a 1959 Ferrari 250GT SWB Berlinetta Speciale Bertone, estimated at $3 million - $3.8 million; a 1959 250GT California LWB, est. at $2.6 million - $3.3 million; a 1964 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso Competizione (above), est. at $1 million - $1.5 million; and a 1966 275 GTB Alloy, est. at $1 million - $1.25 million. Many of the most desirable models are from an impressive series of coachbuilt Ferraris from the esteemed private Edgar Schermerhorn Collection.
