location is being developed at the site of

Beach's historic Seville Beach Hotel. It will offer 89
whole-ownership residences and 45 fractional-club
residences. The beachfront property offers all the comforts of
living full- or part-time with the legendary,
personalized services and amenities of the
Ritz-Carlton. Planned residential amenities include
dedicated concierge service, in-residence gourmet
dining, a state-of-the-art fitness facility and
full-service spa, and children's activities.
Residences will range in size from 941 to 7,300 square
feet and feature magnificent ocean and city views.
Prices begin at the low $900,000s, and the projected
completion date is November 2008.
Members have the opportunity to access their home club
or other Ritz-Carlton clubs through reciprocal-usage
privileges. Members also can utilize additional time
if available.
