Luxury Residence Clubs: The Ritz-Carlton Club Residences is seeking members
with the urge to splurge, indulge and totally submerge
themselves into a world of 24/7 ecstasy offered in a

full-service spa, and children's activities.
Residences will range in size from 941 to 7,300 square
feet and feature magnificent ocean and city views.
Prices begin at the low $900,000s, and the projected
completion date is November 2008.
Members have the opportunity to access their home club
or other Ritz-Carlton clubs through reciprocal-usage
privileges. Members also can utilize additional time
if available.
