The Markers: Members only!
Luxury Resident Clubs: You've heard the term "keeping out the riff-raff," although the chances it was said referring to you are unlikely. With upwards of 13 million people in the United States claiming to be golf buffs, without a doubt there are plenty of blokes you wouldn't want to accompany you on the greens. No need to explain yourself to us, or the founders of the super-elite golf club, The Markers.
With a one-time initiation fee of up to $4 million (non-refundable) annual dues of up to $67,500 and daily fees as high as $650, you can rest assured that your golfing buddies will be your kind of people-whatever that may be. For your dues and fees you'll get the royal treatment and use of multi-million dollar castles, condominiums and hotel suites in some of the world's most beautiful and elite locations. Plus you get equity in the residences owned by the club, which essentially is owned by its members.
Don't worry, you won't have to share with too many other millionaires-The Markers limits membership to only 325 well-heeled golfers. You shouldn't have any problems making friends with your fellow deep-pocketed members, you all have cash to burn, and love to be pampered and golf (whether you're any good at it is beside the point). Once accepted into the club, you'll definitely want to clear your appointment book-members get up to three planned advance weeks a year with plenty of "space available" use options, making spur-of-the-moment getaways not only possible but practical. Additionally, only members have access to Club tournaments, excursions, and PGA events.
