Splash Dining is offered at the romantic, night-lighted Turquesa Pool. Diners are told to come in shorts or short pants and check their shoes at the door (which is much easier than struggling through a slippery-floored restaurant in stilettos). As the experience begins, diners wade through shallow waters to tables, also partially submerged. They can then wiggle their toes and relax as wading waiters serve elegant meals and dessert is presented by a chef wearing the aquatic version of chef's whites.
