This summer is the 30th Anniversary of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, and the lineup is pretty stellar: Mario Batali, Giada De Laurentiis, Bobby Flay, Emeril Lagasse, Tom Colicchio, Danny Meyer, Jacques Pépin, Michael Symon, and Ming Tsai.
From June 15 to 17, those listed above will be presenting, teaching, and maybe eating with all us regular folk. Day one alone has more than half of the above celebs presenting one or more seminars.
New programming for the anniversary year include a knife-skills seminar from Sur La Table, a butchering demo, a charity run, and of course, a late-night dessert bash. There's even a session with the unnamed Top Chef season nine winner.
