This light French cheese appetizer comes to us from Spice Islands and would pair well with a nice bottle of wine. Quick and easy, this recipe would be a great pre-meal snack either for just yourself or for a group of good friends.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
• 1 teaspoon Spice Islands Oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands Garlic Powder
• 1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands Basil, Sweet
• 1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands Dill Weed
• 1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands Marjoram
• 1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands Thyme
• 1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands Pepper, Black Medium Grind

Directions:

Combine all ingredients until thoroughly blended.

Cover and chill a minimum of 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.

Serve at room temperature with crackers.
