Located just outside Saint Tropez, in France's Cotes de Provence, Domaine Sainte Marie's 11-acre winery dating back to the 18th century features vineyards with bountiful southern exposures and soft porous soils primarily comprised of mica schists and white quartz. This combined with hot, dry summer days and cool nights provide optimal conditions for classic Provencal Rose.

A blend of 30 percent Cinsault, 30 percent Grenache, 30 percent Syrah and 10 percent Carignan, Domaine Sainte Marie's Vie Vité (Vee-Veetay) Rosé comes from vines averaging 25 years old, offering a distinct expression of estate-grown and bottled wine completely made from AOP Côtes de Provence grapes.

Its characteristic translucent pink hue emanates from the glass while a clear bouquet showcases ripe tropical fruit with opulent aromas of cherries, strawberries, and peach with a discreet touch of spice. Strong, yet even tempered, with steady acidity and a well balanced minerality, a slight marine salty freshness pervades the mouth feel lingering on the palate all the way to its crisp and delicate finish.

Vie Vité's versatility makes for great pairing with dishes ranging from simple grilled white fishes, lobster, ceviche and sushi to the more complex flavor structures in Tandoori Thai chicken; fresh pasta tossed in puttanesca sauce; and herb, olive and garlic intensive Mediterranean dishes thanks to its fruit forwardness and balanced acidity.

And just in case you're planning on booking a private flight anytime soon, Vie Vite is an official partner with Blade Aviation featuring their Rose on all flights.
