HP iPAQ 310 Travel Companion Entertains Too!

Personal Navigation Systems: The HP iPAQ 310 Travel Companion is a personal-navigation system that provides both entertainment and directions equally well with a high-definition 4.3-inch touch-screen controls and a 3-D map display. The 4-1-1 on the 3-1-0 is that it plays music, videos, and pre-installed games and displays photographs. The heavy duty lightweight unit weighs in at 6.6 ounces.

With the HP iPAQ, every detail of a trip itinerary can be plotted on a PC and then downloaded it to the device as needed. Additionally, it can be used as a hands-free answering system connected to a Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone.

A Windows CE 5.0 operating system with HP custom user interface is required to operate the small unit with the long name. The hip t HP comes with 128 megabytes of SDRAM, 2 gigabytes of Flash ROM, and Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR.

HP's Web site sets the price of the HP iPAQ 310 Travel Companion at $449.
