Earlier in the month Silverstein Properties announced that 50 percent of New York's Four Seasons Private Residences at 30 Park Place had already been sold after just four months. Found at the corner of Church Street and Park Place in Tribeca, the building is set to stand at 926 feet high with 82 stories and fantastic 360-degree views of the city. If you were planning on snatching a residence for yourself at 30 Park Place, you may want to contact them sooner rather than later.

“30 Park Place is Downtown Manhattan’s first five-star living experience,” says Larry Silverstein, Chairman of Silverstein Properties Inc. “The building is impeccably designed, has the best amenities and service, and is located in the heart of the hottest neighborhood in New York.”

Robert A.M. Stern Architects designed the tower, which includes 157 homes that start on the 40th floor—above the 189-room Four Seasons Hotel below that is slated to open in 2016. The 38th floor is reserved for amenities, like a fitness center, yoga studio, a vaulted conservatory with a baby grand piano, a screening room, a children's play room, and a private dining room with access to the hotel restaurants. There's also an outdoor 75-foot swimming pool and entry to the Four Seasons spa.

Prices for the available one- to five-bedroom homes range from $3 million to over $29 million for the penthouse at 78B.
