Personal Experience
Since I am an adult experiencing the coming of my second childhood while pedaling off unwanted calories, I am riding a comfort-class Raleigh Venture 4.0 for now. The gear ratio on this bike literally turns mountains into molehills once you master shifting gears. It is an absolutely amazing feeling to pedal up a dauntingly steep hill almost effortlessly. I have ridden over bumps that made me cringe in anticipation of jolts that never reached my seat.
