Luxury Leather Goods: Today we are going to discuss the “Big Bag” theory in pursuit of garnering an image fitting a luxury-lifestyle connoisseur. While there is more than one way to package an image, one sure way to bag it is to tote your belongings around in leather goods made by Mulholland. The San Francisco-based firm has created numerous luxury-leather items for many of the world’s most recognized luxury brands for more than 20 years.

The family-owned business has produced complementing leather goods and accessories for the likes of Bentley Motors, Aston-Martin, Silver Oak Cellars, and Michelin just to name a few. The Huntington Hotel on Nob Hill in San Francisco, which is among the most luxurious hotels worldwide, features special accommodations it calls the “Mulholland Suite.” The upscale hotelier picked Mulholland to furnish its extravagant suite with upholstery and leather trims that embodies the pedigree of the highly regarded hotel.

Mulholland makes leather — and leather — trimmed bags, totes, and luggage for all occasions. Along with its catalog of leather goods, the firm also makes customized pieces for personal and corporate use. There are 10 defined types of leather used in manufacturing its well-crafted items. Products range from golf bags to briefcases to various travel bags, gym bags, duffel bags, wallets, billfolds, and various traveling bags that include carry-ons to roll-aways.

Bags by Mulholland have been featured in popular publications, such as Forbes Life, GQ, and Men’s Health. How could we, JustLuxe, resist covering a company with a “Luxe” section that uses the same V-shaped “U” as seen in Bulgari’s logo? (Yes, it is a “U” and not a “V”!)

Go to the Luxe section of the company’s online catalog and click on “American Alligator” and “Tumbled Croc” to see six of the items priced from $10,600 to $16,000. For more information, visit ShopMulholland.com.
