It is made with handcrafted stainless steel. The insides of the "Suite" feature 42 inches of grilling space with three 25,000-BTU cast burners, which deliver 75,000 BTUs of cooking power. There is a commercial-level griddle with 20,000 BTUs of searing station and a 16,000-BTU ceramic infrared rotisserie. Standing rib roasts or legs of lamb easily fit right inside it. Stainless-steel grates (3/8 inch), numerous controls, a hood-mounted thermostat and a 9-volt electronic ignition round out the insides. A bartender module provides a sink, a cooler with a drain, condiment bins, a towel holder, and an opener. There are food bins for storage and a complete food-prep station that features a solid hardwood cutting board.
