Private Chefs, Inc. PCI is the brainchild of gourmet chef Christian Paier. Mr. Paier is among the most popular chefs of the world. He has appeared on such TV shows as Celebrity Dish, E! Entertainment, Access Hollywood, and ESPN's Cold Pizza.
Personal Chefs, Inc., has been featured in such publications as the Robb Report, American Express' Departure Magazine, Neiman Marcus Entrée Magazine,
Gatronomica and Vogue. Newspapers such as the New York Times and the Los Angeles Times have also done features on PCI's savory services.
Private chefs dispatched by PCI must have an up-to-date résumé, a minimum of eight years, letters of recommendation, references, menu suggestions, pictures of themselves in a chef's uniform. PCI places live-in and report-to-work chefs. A live-in chef receives living quarters, board, and, sometimes, the
use of a car. Chefs for a day also are available. A rate sheet for services including full-time, daily, and private plane or yachts is on PCI's Web site.
