Each has used the services of Private Chefs, Inc. PCI is the brainchild of gourmet chef Christian Paier. Mr. Paier is among the most popular chefs of the world. He has appeared on such TV shows as Celebrity Dish, E! Entertainment, Access Hollywood, and ESPN's Cold Pizza.
