 Luxury Auto Accessories: Novitec, a Germany-based company, began humbly working its wizardry for owners of Alfa Romeos and Fiats. Shortly thereafter many of those satisfied customers ascended to the next level of sports cars and became owners of Ferraris. This marked the beginning of Novitec Rosso. Over the years numerous exuberantly satisfied owners of Ferraris have made this firm one of the most successful enterprises in automotive tuning. Today NR has highly trained, well-versed tuning specialists located in over 30 countries.
The F360 was the first collaborative effort with Ferrari. However, it took the scrutiny of a very savvy eye to catch it, as subtlety is one of Novitec Rosso's greatest qualities. All of NR's parts integrate into Ferraris' sleek interiors and exteriors without drawing attention away from the vehicles' inherent beauty. Augmentation of performance without any garishness is successfully achieved with all NR products. It is company policy without exception. Note how the centerpiece of NR's wheels is made to hold either company's logo sans fanfare. It is very classy.
Aerodynamics, braking, suspension, weight ratio, engine performance and interior are the areas to which Novitec Rosso adds its expertise to Ferraris. The majority of NR's products, such as the front bumper carbon or the rear spoiler carbon for F430, fit onto the original fastening points or attach seamlessly to existing parts.
When I first heard of Novitec Rosso's specialty, my eyebrows rose up into my hairline. How could anyone legitimately make extra, special, or optional parts for Ferraris? How do you enhance the already unearthly, road-trembling performance of Ferraris?
With foot firmly inserted in mouth, I hop away enlightened (once again).
