Luxury Cars: Seeing a Bentley taking on hills and curves with the deft precision of a supercar is a sight that takes a moment to register. Those who attended the recent Goodwood Festival of Speed witnessed that firsthand at the driving debut of the Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible. Bentley's new luxury flagship, the
Mulsanne, also was exhibited.
Internationally renowned racecar driver Derek Bell masterfully demonstrated the Supersports' powerfulness and agility over the Goodwood circuit.
The sophisticated beast accelerates from zero to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds and has a top speed of 202 mph. The Bentley Continental Supersports, which made its debut at the 2009 Goodwood Festival of Speed, also was on display at this year's event.
