Luxury Condominium Ship: The world just isn't complete without a luxurious condominium ship. Those sentiments conveyed by Mr. Randall Jackson, CEO and owner of Residential Cruise Line, Ltd., while cruising through the Straits of Magellan were the impetus of the Magellan. The completion date of the mighty Magellan is May 2009. It is the magnitude of this floating real estate development that sets it apart from similar projects. The cruise liner is 60 percent larger than any currently afloat. It is 860 feet long, 106 feet wide, and has 15 decks. Maximum capacity of the ship is 1,070 passengers with a crew of 350.

Owners will see the entire world though their windows without ever having to leave home. Over a two-year period, the Magellan will circumnavigate the world. Lisbon, Ibiza, Barcelona, Cannes, Monte Carlo, and Genoa are just May's ports of call. There are more than 300 ports of call over 24 months.

With a heliport and two helicopters onboard, owners will have access to the ship 24/7. Some of the noteworthy luxuries include an onboard marina, six restaurants, a nightclub/lounge, a casino, and a 450-seat theater. Additionally, there will be an observatory and indoor golf simulators along with a full spa and workout facilities. Pets are permitted, but there are restrictions regarding size and number of pets.

Residential Cruise Line, Ltd., is offering financing for full- and fractional-ownership plans. V.Ships, which is a highly regarded firm that handles over 350 luxury cruise ships, has been contracted to manage and provide a crew for the Magellan.

This is an opportunity to let the world pass by you, and you will love every minute of it!
