Luxury Real Estate: What's not to love about Vegas? A city that never sleeps, where debauchery is not only OK, it's expected; where temperatures soar to triple digits and everything is as big as Texas. Now there is a new place to call home in Sin City for high rollers or those who simply love all that is strange and uniquely Vegas. Possibly the hottest property in the land of Elvis impersonators and show girls is the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, with its infamous pool where scantily-clad guys and gals show off their impeccable bodies. If you just can't get enough, you can reserve your own condo to call home, right on the Hotel premises.
Hopefully you don't have a gambling problem, as these babies aren't cheap. The Flats, starting at just 550 sq. ft. are priced in the mid $400s, with one bedrooms in the mid $800s. The next level up is The Residences, priced in the low $1 million range; next are The Bungalows, which start in the high $ 2 million range. These private residences are situated on 24 lush acres adjacent from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Set to open in May 2005, there are 800 condo hotel units; 372 luxury high-rise residential condos and 36 private beachside villas next to the existing Hard Rock Hotel pool area. New towers will have 80 percent glass exteriors and contemporary ultra modern interiors with exquisite high end finishes. Owners have the option of placing their units in hotel inventory when they are not in use. Deposits are $5,000, $10,000 and $50,000 (for Bungalows) and are fully refundable. Prices go up 10 percent once the property is open.
