Luxury Homes: Lucida is the epitome of "green" decadence. It is the first Upper Eastside condominium development to register for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification of the U.S. Green Building Council. A LEED certification recognizes achievement in sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality. The intelligently designed complex features filtered fresh air and insulated acoustic glass. Lucida harmonically synthesizes ecology and luxury with two- to five-bedroom residences, including penthouses.

Living large is the thematic message emitted from Lucinda in every direction. The ceilings are 10 feet high, and the windows reach from the floor to the ceiling. Chocolate-stained oak covers the expansive living area and is featured throughout. Although the kitchens are purposefully utilitarian replete with the finest appliances, ample storage space and roominess, the elegant, airy interior design of S. Russell Groves is notable. The demulcent master bathrooms have marble floors, cast iron tubs, spacious showers, and darkened bamboo and maple cabinetry work. Private outdoor terraces with rooftop-gardens and sweeping cityscape views enrich the environ to a state of mind that replenishes and rejuvenates on a daily basis. The penthouse units offer multifarious entertainment options with outdoor fireplaces, multiple terraces, and additional living space.

The highly regarded La Palestra Center for Preventative Medicine manages the all-inclusive onsite fitness, wellness, and spa center. An indoor swimming pool is on the premises as well. For the children, there is an indoor playground by Kidville, NY. Both La Palestra and Kidville, NY have made the Best of NY Lists of the New York Magazine.

The price of two-to-five bedroom residences begins at $2.17 million. The Corcoran Sunshine Marketing group is the exclusive marketing and sales agent for Lucida.
