Residences: Solair is about to become the new focal point of the Koreatown area of Los Angeles. The luxurious high-rise residential structure located at Western and Wilshire will provide upscale five-star-plus amenities around the clock with 24/7 onsite staff. The three-, two-, and one-bedroom units with baths in accordance to the number of bedrooms are open, airy and provide plenty of natural light. With floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood cabinets, floors, the interiors are designed from a minimalist's perspective that maximizes living space to the fullest.

Positioned in the heart of Koreatown, there is easy access to the majority of L.A.'s most desirable hotspots, such as West Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, and Beverly Hills. The neighborhood features numerous venues for shopping, dining, and entertaining. There are 10 shopping centers within three miles of the complex, and 15 dining options within a mile or less. Additionally, seven nightspots, two theaters, two exercise centers, three spas, and a country club are all within a mile.

Homebodies opting for the comforts of home will relax on the seventh floor of the Sky Deck. There is a swimming pool, a spa, a fitness center, an indoor/outdoor lounge and a residents club. The Sky Deck also has yoga classes, herbal gardens, and outdoor fire pits. A block-long two-story retail plaza with 40,000 square feet of merchant space will be the foundation of the complex.

Beauty goes beyond Solair's incredible surface, as many sustainable materials are being used in raising this haute vertical community. The aforementioned natural lighting is just one of many energy-saving concepts by builders Bovis Lend Lease and Tishman Construction Management. Archeon Group and Super Potato are the architects and the interior designers of this big project. KOAR Wilshire Western, LLC, and the Los Angeles County Transportation Authority are the overall developers.

The Solair Presentation Center, which is adjacent to the Solair, is slated to open in the winter 2008. An announcement regarding the highly anticipated grand opening is expected soon.
