Celebrity Real Estate: If you would like to own a wildlife refuge of nearly 6,000 acres with more than five miles of trout fishing on the Pecos River and the opportunity to hunt elk, deer and game birds in your own yard, actor Val Kimer's Pecos River Ranch could be yours for $33 million. Apparently, the star of Batman Forever has digs as formidable as Bruce Wayne's Gotham City mansion, including that cavernous Bat Cave!
The sprawling property, which is only 22 miles from Santa Fe, New Mexico, is a picturesque outdoor wonderland that offers big-game hunting, sports fishing, and miles upon miles of trails perfect for horseback riding, hiking, and mountain biking. There are currently stalls for more than 20 horses and fenced pastures. The ranch neighbors the Santa Fe National Forest and is a natural habitat for elk, deer, red fox, bear, mountain lion, coyote, boar, bobcat, beaver, possum, porcupine, and more. Bird spotted on the property include bald eagle, peregrine falcon, Merriam's turkey, mallards, Canada goose, pintail duck, green- and blue-winged teal, heron, red-tailed hawks, owl, and various songbirds.
The main house, an adobe structure of Southwestern styling, is approximately 5,600 square feet. Additionally, there are numerous guesthouses, barns, garages, and outbuildings throughout.
In a press release issued by Orvis/Cushman and Wakefield, the brokerage firm representing the Pecos River Ranch, Kilmer stated that protecting wildlife and encouraging healthy coexistence with the natural world has been an enriching experience for him while spending much of his life on Pecos River Ranch.
John Watson and Rye Austin are presenting the property. For more information, visit the listing.

Nice pics of his ranch. However, my 5,700 ac ranch beats his by a long shot and it's a hell of a lot less money. See it here: http://marcbowman.wwmediaagent.com/ P.S. Val - when you sell your ranch, you can upgrade to mine on a 1031. Though, you will have to pay cap gain on the bucks you pocket.
