The seller, and also a real estate developer and president of Crest Contracting, Inc., Yucel Edebali, is offering his 14.5 acre gated estate that looks across the Long Island sound along with a $130,000 Maserati. The house, which was finished last year, comes with a living room, a dining room, a family room, Home Theater, 6 bedrooms, a Master Suite, 6 baths, 1 half bath, a 3-car garage, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, together with a tennis court.
The annual property tax is around $61,000, the agency says. Power under the hood for the Quattroporte is a 4.2-liter V8 unit which generates about 400hp, more than all the Maserati models that come with the same powerplant. With a lower weight, the acceleration rate of the car is 5.2 seconds from 0-100km/h and maximum speed is 171mph. There is another estate for sale by Shawn Elliott Luxury Homes & Estates, but with a smaller price tag of $9,995,000. Whoever purchases the Kings Point estate will, with the estate, also acquire a Ferrari 430 Spider and a Maserati GranTurismo. The Maserati comes with a V8 unit, which is the same 4.3 liter V8 that is in the Coupe/GranSport models, but tuned to give out 405hp. The F430 Spider comes with a 4.3-liter V8 unit which produces 490hp with an acceleration rate of 0-100km/h in 4.1 seconds and on to a maximum speed of 193mph (311km/h).
