Celebrity Real Estate: The Los Angeles Times recently reported that David Hasselhoff listed his house in Encino, Cal., for $4.195 million. The house of Hasselhoff sets on 1.5 acres and sets behind double gates on 1.5-acre spread in the upscale Los Angeles County community. The luxury abode, which is defined as a Southern Colonial, is a two-story residence with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and nearly 9,000 square feet of living space. The great estate also features a formal dining room, a screening room, and an exercise room among its gallery of huge rooms. Just the foyer is around 750 square feet!

There is a tree-lined driveway leading up to the sprawling manor that features a boulder-lined swimming pool and spa. Additionally, there is a tennis court and two guesthouses on the property. The grandiose house is co-owned by David Hasselhoff and his ex-wife, actress Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff. It was purchased to be the family's main residence by the then-loving couple in 1996.

Your Mamma at the Real Estate Stalker reports that the house was originally listed "quietly" in August 2008 at $5.95 million, and then put back on the market in early 2009. Additionally, the then-hassle-free Hasselhoffs purchased it in 1996 from actor John Goodman for $1.98 million.

Hasselhoff, the star of hit previous TV series Baywatch (1989-2000) and Knight Rider (1982-1986), is a featured judge on America's Got Talent. The show has been a top-ratings grabber since going on the air in 2006. He also has been a favorite recording star in Europe since the mid-1980s. Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff appeared on Baywatch (1991-2000) and in Sirens (1994-95).
