Luxury Real Estate: Yes, it looks like one of those Russian eggs but it's actually a $400 million condo-hotel development on Palm Jumeirah, one of three palm-shaped islands being developed by Nakheel off Dubai's coast. Not surprisingly, the Trump Organization is behind what will eventually be the The Palm Trump International Hotel and Tower. It's only natural that The Donald would want a presence in one of the wealthiest and exotic places on earth.

The development will be the first condo-apartment hotel in the area and will house around 500 apartments, with each residence having access to five-star hotel services and amenities, such as "The Trump Touch Concierge Services". Now that the developments are under way, other properties nearby are enjoying the benefits-fetching 10-40 percent higher selling prices over original asking prices.
