$2.5 million. The development will open in 2007.

Creighton Farms is a joint venture of Juno Properties and Creighton Enterprises. The builders include Apex
Custom Homes, WCI Communities, MB Custom Homebuilder, and Adrian Edwards Custom Homes. The Leesburg Today reported that home sales commence October 29, 2006.
