Luxury Real Estate: Envision living in a luxury community where everyday living is so pleasantly enjoyable that it is like being on a perpetual vacation. Welcome to the community of Creighton Farms. This scenic, exclusive 900-acre community is located between Leesburg and Middleburg in the great state of Virginia. It will be a limited-residential environment within a country club setting with an around-the clock five-star-quality ambiance. The pastoral area will offer panoramic views of the mountain ranges, the countryside, and the championship golf course.

Creighton Farms will be built around the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, which is on a 7,200-yard Jack Nicklaus signature golf course designed by Nicklaus Design. Additionally, there will be hiking, biking, and equestrian trails plus tennis courts, billiards, swimming, and a full spa, a fitness center, a daycare center, and a community clubhouse with a five-star restaurant. Housekeeping, shopping, laundry, and nanny services will be offered along with transportation services. Concierge services also will be available to assist club residents with myriad activities. A Ritz-Carlton press release indicates that there are 180 home sites being offered by six builders that will be built on one to five acres of land and priced from $2.5 million. The development will open in 2007.

The area is geographically perfect for both country comforts and cosmopolitan concerns. The nearby Tysons Galleria offers a plethora of upscale shopping and fine dining venues. Numerous high-fashion retailers, such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Hugo Boss, Nicole Miller, and more. Leesburg's 36-block Historic District, various winery tours, and year-round seasonal events highlight the local social scene.

Creighton Farms is a joint venture of Juno Properties and Creighton Enterprises. The builders include Apex Custom Homes, WCI Communities, MB Custom Homebuilder, and Adrian Edwards Custom Homes. The Leesburg Today reported that home sales commence October 29, 2006.
