The gated single-family residence of 4,400 square feet has four bedrooms and four plus bathrooms and sets on one acre. Encino is located in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles County.
The open and airy dwelling features a gourmet kitchen, a living room, and a formal dining room along with an elaborate home-theater room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there are floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the spacious estate. Additionally, there is a tennis court with lights, an elevated pool, a hot tub, a koi pond, a barbeque area, a gazebo, and garden areas as well as a two-car garage.
The actor, who was a regular on hit TV shows Happy Days, Joannie Loves Chachi, and Charles in Charge has recently appeared in two reality TV programs, Scott Baio is 45… and Single followed by Scott Baio is 46… and Pregnant. Baio also was the co-host of Confessions of a Teen Idol.
