The fractional ownership program is divided into three categories - a 16-percent, 25-percent, or a 33-percent ownership position. A 16-percent ownership position provides you with nine days every other month, totaling 54 days a year. At 25 percent, you are entitled to seven days each month and 84 days a year. And at 33 percent, you are provided with nine days a month, or 108 days a year.

The fees cover your acquisition of ownership stake in the yacht and nearly all expenses including, slip fees, insurance, routine maintenance and cleaning. You can expect to pay out-of-pocket for transient dockage fees, fuel, and provisions while using the yacht. Your dues are deposited into an escrow account and after two and a half years, the vessel is sold and you will receive your share of the residual value.

Each yacht, 57 feet or longer, comes equipped with a full-or part-time captain, concierge, crew services, charter management, and Caribbean and Mediterranean usage.
