One-tenth ownership in an FS 74 is available through a limited-liability corporation for an ownership term of five years. It is permissible to buy more than a one-tenth share and receive additional cruising time. All fractional owners have access to the yachts up to four weeks annually. Yearly maintenance and admin costs are split up equally in tenths. When the five-year-ownership period expires, the Squadron 74 is sold and the LLC is dissolved.
