Fractional Ownership: First Choice Yachting presents a very appealing proposal to yachtsmen seeking a five-year fractional ownership program involving a luxurious Fairline Squadron 74. One-tenth ownership in an FS 74 is available through a limited-liability corporation for an ownership term of five years. It is permissible to buy more than a one-tenth share and receive additional cruising time. All fractional owners have access to the yachts up to four weeks annually. Yearly maintenance and admin costs are split up equally in tenths. When the five-year-ownership period expires, the Squadron 74 is sold and the LLC is dissolved.
Fractional ownership is a substantially less expensive way to own a yacht or to charter one for the same amount of time annually for five years. An additional deal sweetener to ponder is that owners may also profit by opting to out their unused time to First Choice Marine, which is a corporate partner of First Choice Yachting and a yacht-chartering service. The Fairline Squadron 74 is Fairline's flagship. The top deck has a sky bridge; there is a large saloon area on its mid deck; and four double cabins, which sleep eight passengers on the lower deck. Its beam is nearly 19 feet, and it has a twin engine 3100 MHP. The yacht has a Bose surround sound system and flat-screen televisions and DVD players in each cabin.
Kayaks, windsurfers, underwater scooters, and an RIB with an outboard are some of the extra goodies onboard. A captain and a chef are included with each outing. Worries are eliminated and pleasure is maximized with First Choice Yachting's fractional-ownership program.
