 Sports Yachts: There definitely was some extraordinary "out of the box" thinking put to good use in designing the Pershing 64. It has numerous mega-yacht luxuries and a top cruising speed of 45 knots. A very innovative layout makes this hardtop sports yacht appear substantially larger than its actual dimensions. The yacht's elongated single-pane side window enhances the ship's sleek lines. With the saloon and the cockpit being on the same level and separated by a slide-away glass door, the saloon can be a closed-off lounge or entirely opened up to the sky. Having the galley on the intermediate deck allows for more recreational space too.
The optional openness is just one of many features that distinguishes the Pershing 64 from other sports yachts in this category. Three lavish cabins sleep up to eight passengers, and there is enough space to entertain 16 guests. The decadent owner's cabin is a full-beam suite with a central berth, a lounger, a vanity unit, a flat-screen television, and plenty of storage space. Two large windows on separate walls really let the sun shine through. The central sundeck has a huge hidden hangar that can store a jet ski, and the walkways to the fore sundeck are wide for moving about safely and conveniently.
Pershing is pushing the standards of excellence in sports yachts to a higher plateau. However, since the firm is a Ferretti Group company, the "wow" factor of the Pershing 64 is not really too surprising.
