Gallery in Washington DC Exhibits American Art
The Connersmith Gallery in Washington, DC, since its founding in 1999 has representing artists and their work that expresses conceptual ideas and uses its media to make statements about our society. Though wide ranging in style and form, much of the work at Connersmith features work that touches in the realm of abstraction, realism, and conceptual art. Coming in September, artist Lisa Ruyter will display her work in an exhibit entitled, "Let us Now Praise Famous Men."
