News & Trends: American fashion designer Tory Burch is a business woman and philanthropist who was born, raised and educated in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

After spending time in the fashion industry, working for designers like Ralph Lauren and Vera Wang, Tory Burch launched her own eponymous brand in 2004. After being endorsed by Oprah Winfrey the following year, Tory Burch was launched to great success. The "boho-preppy-luxe" label is available at Tory Burch boutiques, luxury department stores and online at ToryBurch.com.
