The Quintess Collection, a luxury travel firm with more than 100 deluxe residences worldwide, announced that there are four new residences in Cannes, Scotland, Brussels, and Barcelona. This is the second major announcement regarding new residences this summer.
“The addition of Barcelona, Brussels, Cannes and Scotland to our international portfolio was driven by our members’ interests and our desire to provide the best residences and most memorable vacations throughout the world,” said Greg Eure, president of the Quintess Collection. “We’ll continue to build on our selection of incredible homes and experiences that allow our members access to more of what they desire most.”
In June, the acclaimed destination club announced the availability of new residences available in Northern California in San Francisco and Sonoma. The new San Francisco treat is a 1,300-square-foot residence in the Fairmont Heritage Place in Ghirardelli Square. The Sonoma residence is located in the Sonoma Mission Inn, and is part of The Tour Club, which, in partnership with the PGA Tour, specializes in high-end, golfing-centric vacation experiences.
Quintess currently is gathering intelligence from its patronage to determine whether to expand further. A spokesman for the firm indicated that homes in New Zealand, Australia, India/Bhutan, and Namibia are under review. The new destination in Scotland is located at the Fairmont St. Andrews. It was ranked #18 on Conde Nast Traveler’s list of World’s Top Golf Resorts. The residence in Cannes is just a 10-minute stroll from the downtown port area and offers great proximity to Monaco as well.
Membership in the Quintess Collection is offered in three ways with plans starting at $10,000 for seven nights annually. For more information, visit Quintess.com.

I've never really stayed at a Quintess property but I may look into it.
