Artist Leigh Reyes uploads tons of cool clips to her YouTube channel that showcase her amazing calligraphy talents, but the one above is by far the coolest. Writing is truly a dying art form, and we hope that more young artists like Reyes continue to do what they can to bring it back to the forefront of art culture. Starting out by "drawing" a basic outline with water, she uses her (what must be high quality) calligraphy pen to essentially write on the water. Watching the ink bleed and get carried off by the moisture is beautiful and paired well with the song choice of Sushi by Cocoon. By the end, she's written "afraid of the end." We don't know about you, but not only will we be keeping an eye on Reyes' work, we also really want to get some calligraphy pens now.
