NUTCRACKER BREAKFAST WITH MS. CLAUS:

The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom, overlooking Boston Common, and decked out in all its holiday splendor, is the perfect setting for welcoming Santa's better half! Straight from the North Pole, the one and only, Mrs. Claus, will be meeting up with special friends from Boston Ballet's production of The Nutcracker and joining us for a festive holiday breakfast. This magical event includes live musical entertainment and interactive holiday activities. Our Chef's elegant selections will captivate children and adults alike. Local charitable organization, Catching Joy, will be on hand leading our young guests in a craft project. Nutcracker Breakfast with Mrs. Claus will be presented on Sundays prior to the 1:00p.m. matinee at The Opera House.

SUGAR PLUM FAIRY TEA:
Saturdays-November 26, December 3 and 17, 2011

For this enchanting tradition, The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common welcomes guests into a Nutcracker dreamland where they can meet and mingle with costumed members of the Boston Ballet's production of The Nutcracker. Join us for Sugar Plum Tea, which features delicious desserts, a children's sing-along, holiday cookie decorating and a visit with the Sugar Plum Fairy. Local charitable organization, Catching Joy, will assist our young guests in ornament making to decorate trees being donated to local shelters. Sugar Plum Tea will be presented on Saturdays prior to the 1:00 p.m. matinee at The Opera House.

CHRISTMAS DAY BRUNCH:

$95 per adult and $45 per child 12 years and under exclusive of tax and gratuity

Join us for Christmas Brunch in our Ballroom overlooking Boston Common and partake in a delicious feast that features traditional carving stations, seafood station with shrimp, Jonah crab claws and oysters and an array of other sumptuous selections. Highlights include kid-friendly foods, live jazz music, children's dessert decorating and of course, a visit from Santa.

HOT CHOCOLATE BAR:
Saturdays, December 3, 10, 17, and 24, 2011
2 p.m. - 4 p.m. in Avery Bar
$28 per adult ($8 for each additional Hot Chocolate with alcohol)
$21 per child

Baby it's cold outside!, so come into Avery Bar, sit by the fireplace, and create your own cocoa at the Hot Chocolate Bar. Choose from decadent white, milk, or dark hot chocolate then customize it with selections from a toppings bar of candies, cookies and creams with something sure to delight everyone. Adults may also opt for the addition of various liquor infusions. Hot chocolate is served with tiers of scrumptious holiday sweets and pastries. Cocoa prices are exclusive of taxes and gratuities and children's pricing is for guests aged 2-12 years.
