Forty 1° North has partnered with Chef Matt Corbett to host an intimate dinner comprised of bold, seasonal flavors and hand-selected wine pairings. The evening will begin with cocktails and canapés in The Gallery, followed by a four-course tasting menu highlighting unique ingredients, such as persimmon chutney, braised pigeon and roasted monkfish. Seating at the event is limited and can be reserved for $95 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
