As part of the Wailea Wine & Food Festival , December 6-9, and the resort's highly popular Unforgettable Events series, Four Seasons Resort Maui is hosting an exclusive event featuring the World Famous Red Violin and Opus One Wines. Master Executive Chef Roger Stettler has artfully designed a menu that traces the travels of the Red Violin. Opus One, in turn, has delicately paired an exceptional wine for each course. Master Executive Chef Roger Stettler Biography. The violin dates from 1720 and is the same one that was featured in the film of the same name.
