Celebrating its 20th year, the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival runs from January 28 to February 1, 2013. In the traditional Le Restaurant, Badrutt's Palace Hotel delivers heaven on a plate at the Gourmet Dinner with Guest Chef Massimo Bottura. This exceptional Italian talent has been awarded three Michelin stars and learned from the likes of Alain Ducasse and Ferran Adri?. In addition to numerous other awards, he is currently proving himself with Osteria Francescana, his own restaurant in Milan, ranked No. 4 among the World?s Best Restaurants. Bottura describes his own cuisine as ?traditional seen from 10 miles away, and wins everyone over with his spectacular creations in which his unique aromas and textures give the impression of a walk through nature. On January 30, 2013 at the legendary Kitchen Party guests get up-close with the festival chefs, eating informally while watching the stars strut their stuff amid sizzling pans and a party atmosphere.
