Festive delights on the menu include an indulgent chocolate and gingerbread yule log filled with spiced Jivara chocolate mousse, and a moist cherry rum baba soaked in cherry syrup finished with a shiny cherry glaze. For a twist on classic Christmas flavors, cranberry macaroons are filled with fresh red fruit cr?me and served alongside an enchanting snow egg of chestnut mousse with vanilla marshmallows and desiccated coconut.
