David Burke Kitchen will be hosting a spectacular wine dinner featuring the wines of Bedell Cellars on Tuesday, April 9th at 7pm. Bedell Cellars is a sustainable vineyard located on Long Island. It has been recognized by The New York Times for its exceptional wines including a red blend that scored a 91 from Wine Spectator, the highest rating awarded to an East Coast wine. The evening will feature a four-course prix-fixe menu and hors d'oeuvres that have been specifically created for perfect pairings with Bedell wines including dishes like butter poached lobster and sour cherry bomb.
